Love these pillows they are very well made and the cutest pattern! I do feel like the cover runs a little big though I ordered a 20x20 cover and have a 22x22 insert but it still feels a little big

I've now purchased two sets of these pillow covers (4 covers) on two separate occasions. The first time, I took them to the dry cleaners per their care instructions and it resulted in a completely faded cover as photographed. When I contacted Chloe and Olive, they blamed the dry cleaner and gave me a 10% discount code. I felt it was poor customer service at the time but accepted it, assuming it was the dry cleaners fault and repurchased the same covers. Fast forward to last week, I took the newer covers to a different dry cleaner, asked them to please ensure they are dry cleaned per the care instructions and when I picked them up, I had the exact same outcome. When I contacted Chloe and Olive a second time to let them know, they said they would send their swatch to their dry cleaner to "test it" which obviously resulted in no issue and once again offered me a 10% discount. I was fully comfortable getting replacement covers rather than a financial reimbursement and they wouldn't even do that. This is unacceptable customer service and tells me they don't stand by their product or care instructions. I do not recommend buying any of their "luxury" covers and I would not dry clean them per their care instructions as I am now out several hundred dollars for poor quality covers. Their customer service is terrible. It should be no big deal for them to simply replace my covers.
